Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Carolina Predator Hunters. We strive to provide high-quality apparel and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns: You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Ineligible Items: Final Sale items or products marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at carolinapredhunters@gmail.com or call 828-243-1814. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.

Approved returns for defective or damaged items will be eligible for an exchange, replacement, or refund, including any shipping charges paid.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact Us: Please email our Customer Service team at carolinapredhunters@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).
Packing: Please securely package the items, including all original packing materials, accessories, and documentation, to avoid damage during return shipping.
Shipping: Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our Customer Service Team. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect items).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that is may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process an place a new order for the desired item. Once the returned item is received and processed, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.
If the new item has a price difference, you will be responsible for paying the difference or will receive a credit for the overpayment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Then, contact us at carolinapredhunters@gmail.com for further assistance.
In cases where multiple refunds have been issued to the same credit card on the same day, please verify with your account provider to ensure all credits have been properly applied.
